Professional Philosophy
I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.
– Carl Gustav Jung
I believe all individuals possess innate strengths and skills to foster happy, healthy lives. As a therapist, it is my privilege to walk alongside clients as they process pain, build resiliency, and experience the joys and struggles that occur on their unique journeys toward growth and change. My approach toward counseling is open and collaborative, as I am committed to helping others explore and attain their goals. Additionally, building relationships with clients is a critical aspect of my work, as it is incredibly important to feel a sense of security and trust with a therapist. I have a deep respect and understanding of the barriers that may face individuals who attempt to transform their lives. As partners, it is my mission to help you identify and create new paths to find hopefulness in the possibilities that tomorrow may hold.
